Craft Day!

Justin has been gone since yesterday morning on a fishing and golf trip with the other guys from our Sunday School class so I took advantage of it and decided to have a craft day today! I also did lots of other stuff but my main goal was to get some crafts done! I have been wanting a new bathing suit cover, but I just don't want to spend the money. I was very pleased when I came across one of Pinterest that was almost no-sew and fairly easy. Her blog gives you directions (not the best though- La Vie EnRose) My mom actually ended up doing most of the work for some reason, but either way she did a great job! I braided the straps and then my mom hand stitched them on. If we did it again, we would leave a little extra material to make it more flowy and relaxed. I do like how it turned out though!

We also made new wreaths! The 4th of July is my favorite holiday so of course I needed one suitable to help celebrate! My mom also made one, they look completely different! Here's mine!
