Thankfulness!

Here is my list of 24 things in life I am most thankful for-

1) For growing up in a Christian home and having a personal relationship with Christ. He has blessed me with so many wonderful things in my life that I just do not deserve.

2) For my mom and dad (and sister) and the love and support they have shown me for 23 years. They are some of the most incredible and funniest people! I love spending time with them and having such a wonderful relationship with them.

3) For mine and Justin's jobs. There are good times and bads but I am so thankful to even HAVE a job! And to add to that, to have day jobs that are Monday thru Friday! I am so glad to work for such a great company that does so much for all their employees!

4) For the wonderful country we live in and all the people that have served and are still serving to keep our country free and allow us to have all the freedoms that we have!

5) The opportunity to own our house at a pretty young age. I am so thankful for this! Our house is perfect for the 2 of us and I am so glad to have our own place to decorate, hang out, and sleep in!

6) For family traditions. There are a couple times during the year that I look so forward to being apart of some fun family traditions!

7) For my boss and team at work! I know I already talked about work but this is different. They are the best people ever! I couldn't ask for a better boss, she is so wonderful, funny, and a great Christian woman!

8) For living in Arkansas! I probably wouldn't have said this several years ago but it truly is a great place to live and a wonderful place to raise a family. The weather is pretty good
most of the time. ;-)

9) For wonderful vacations! My family has always gone on vacations almost every year and I am extremely lucky to have been to Disney World 4 times! It is one of my favorite places ever! I have been to so many different places/states in my lifetime. AND I get to go to Disney again for 2012! Woohoo!

10) For the few friends that we have. There are friends and there are acquitances. Friends come and go so I am thankful for the true friendships that we have created and the wonderful people we get to spend some of our time with.

11) For our church. Finding a church of our own after we got married was a big thing for us. I think we have found a great church to grow up in. They offer so many things for everyone to participate in. I am so glad to be apart of a church family that does so much for the community!

12) Our Bible fellowship class. We have met some awesome couples in our class that we have such a fun time with! We have monthly socials for everyone to come to and have time to fellowship and enjoy each others company. I can't wait to get to know these couples more!

13) For the love of baseball! I am so glad that Justin & I have a sport that we can both love together. I have always enjoyed it and in a way, thats what brought Justin and I together! We have had the opportunity to attend some major league games together and hopefully have many more in our future!

14) For family time. I love being able to get families together even if its just for the holidays. I love eating and spending time with both of our families! And here it is, that time of year again!

15) For utilities. You never think about these things until you don't have them. I cannot imagine living in a time where there was no running or hot water and no electricity. Things we take for granate every day.

16) For the opportunity of still have all of our grandparents with us. Not many people can still say that. I am so thankful for these relationships and for them bringing our parents into the world. Our grandparents are always willing to help us out at anytime as long as they see us trying to help ourselves first. They are great people and I'm thankful there were all able to be there with us for our wedding day.

17) For Justin. I am thankful for the support that he shows me- most of the time. He is a great person and he makes me laugh all the time! I am so glad to get to spend this life with him and see what all is in store for us. He is so silly and we have so much fun together. I couldn't imagine being with anyone else! I love him!

18) For transportation. I love having a car and a way to get around and I couldn't imagine not having a way to travel, even if its in the same town. I am glad we have a way to take long distance vacations and ways to go see or bring family to us. It is such a luxury!

19) For entertainment. Yes, as in television and the radio. Justin and I are addicted to way too many tv shows but it is so nice to come home and relax to that. As for the radio, I don't know what I would do without music. It has always been such a big part of my life and I don't ever want to lose it!

20) For God. For the most unselfish promise He has given the most selfish people. It is so funny how God will get your attention in life. It is so wonderful to know that someone cares and loves you SO much that He would give His only son so that we all can have eternal life.

21) For my education. I am so glad and thankful that my parent's put me through 4 years of college in order to better my life. I am forever grateful and probably forever indebted to them for that ;-) Having a degree is such a priviledge.

22) For crafting. If there weren't crafts I really don't know what I would do with life! I have always loved crafting, especially when it came to scrapbooking. Crafts are a huge part of life for me and I hope to be able to share my crafts with someone one day in hopes that it will bring life to them!

23) For photos. I have YEARS of photos on my computer and I have always enjoyed taking pictures and documenting everything. Pictures are a huge thing for me. They are everywhere in my house and one of the best ways to make memories. So thankful for cameras and the technology that we have!

24) For blogging. I love having a way to document life online and also having the opportunity to be ble to print it off whenever I want. I have read about and "met" some great people through blogging and I even get to keep up with long distance family and long time friends through it. I am so glad I joined the blogging network!

What are you thankful for?
